However, the time between order and install was unusually long and when I requested an earlier install date via email and voice message there was no reply. Carpet One will be the business we will always come back too when we need flooring. Your company sent a guy to re-stretch our carpet . He did a great job, was very efficient and nice. I expected to pay for the job but he said "no charge."
We are pleased with the look and the quality of the vinyl flooring we purchased. The installer was pleasant, efficient, and skilled. Meeting the owner of the store was absolutely amazing. We talked and he made me feel comfortable. Because of him I knew everything else would be OK. The installers were great and I really enjoyed the entire experience.

Carpet One did a great job from walking in the door to pick flooring to installation. They also gave there great service with my 86 year old mother-in-law. They helped her pick out her flooring and the guys doing the measuring and installation could not have been more respectful in her home. The gentleman sent to my home looked and acted like a prison work program worker.
